my 2 yr old granddaughter loves them, easy for her to use. The design, colors and ease of use is great.Our grandsons eyes lit up! We love it!I gave this to my grand baby’s second birthday. It’s just the right size for her. It will help her learn colors animals etc it’s sturdy not breakable. I hear she loves it.Got this for my 2 yr old. Product is very sturdy, and the colors are bright....my toddler grandson has a difficult time trying to get the pieces out of the base and gets frustrated.GiftMy son is 1 and he does well but I wouldn’t have bought them for any child older than thatThe pros are that these are a good value for the money. The designs are very cute. The pieces and the board seem like they should take a small beating just fine (getting wet some or being dropped). The cons are that the pictures under the pieces are not always helpful. My son is 1.5 and he is matching on picture (see a cow piece, find a cow hole). But some of these are more conceptual - where does a swan live? where do you see trains? I’m including seven photos - one (safari animals) from a previous purchase. You can see that some of the puzzles are a little more direct than others. I guess with the animals, the picture underneath is a baby of that animal. That’s great for almost all of them, except for the chicken/hen and duck/duckling since they look so different from each other. The fruits and vegetables are probably fine but the birds, bugs, and transportation will be harder for him right now.Arrived as stated and must say all neatly stored in a bright zipped cloth type bag. My initial worry was that the parts are hard to remove but pleasantly found that they were much easier to take out and put back in than mentioned in other reviews. This is an excellent sturdy puzzle set that has a good selection of learning blocks (some maybe a touch too small) . Maybe some one year olds might try biting the pieces themselves, they seem printed onto birch plywood but can only assume that they are not toxic at all. Time will tell if my Grandson will decide to try to do the puzzles as intended or whether they become a teething piece. Obviously will have to be with him when playing with this. Overall well made set that is in my opinion great value so can only highly recommend.I have the number set, shape set and animal set, which are perfect .. but these ones I'm not really happy with.. it arrived within few days, nicely packed..but when I opened it to check.. the colours on the image are faded for all of them.. even the image underneath the puzzle is very light and not easily seen.. the transport puzzle is a bit confusing as the transport images aren't reflected.It would be better for older children as it can be hard to get the shapes back into there shapes. I also found some little cracks in the shapes.This is a nice enough set with a good variety of educational pieces. However the shapes set is sometimes difficult to place in the associed hole, even for me, so not ideal for toddlers. The diamond shape isn't exactly a diamond, it's a square with the text in a different direction. I like the pictures in the animal board to help match the puzzle pieces to the correct one. The number one doesn't have this feature - perhaps to make it more advanced for older children.
