I am a mother of 6, oldest is 15 youngest 3 months. I have had so many play gyms over the years and this is hands down the best! I think the simplicity in the color scheme allows baby to focus on the details easier. My daughter immediately showed interest and was lifting her head up while in tummy time to look at all of the parts- this is huge because she hates tummy time. The little pillow that is included is just the right size. I am eager to try out exchanging the cards to display for her and see how long it holds her interest. Added bonus, this is a very classy baby item and just gorgeous as far as baby gyms/play mats go. I will be recommending this to all of my friends!This did not have instructions on how to put it together and a couple of things were a little confusing. The thing that hangs down seems to hang to low and is right in babies face so I finagled it to hang higher but wish it had instructions so I’d know if that’s just the way it’s made or if I put it together wrong some how. Besides that I love it. My baby is 5 months now and has been using it for about 3 months. Easy to wash, you can rotate your own toys to hang down. Love the colors. Great purchase over all.Happy with this purchase and so is baby. However, this is definitely for short term use depending on how active your baby is you definitely want to keep on eye out on them because they will definitely move off of the mat. I also am not crazy of the white part that’s attached to the top two pieces. Baby often gets tangled in it and is very limiting. Otherwise, good product.Unfortunately I had to rig this to get it to fit together. I am not going to return it because I got it to work but buyer beware - this took me hours to get together for it to be functional. Which is unfortunate due to the price of this.I’m disappointed as rings are too small, not possible to use them. The rest of the product looks pretty good as promised. First wanted to give just 1 star as I’m upset to get wrong stuff and spend my time to send it back, I would rather to use this time to play with my kids.I bought this for the minimalism but after I set it up it was a little too minimal and pretty boring, I just couldn’t see it being engaging for my sonThis was a gift for my great-niece who is about to have a baby.. It was selected by her for her register for her baby shower. It was delivered quickly (she lives in Hawaii)/ I can only assume it was easy to assemble/This play gym is adorable and easy to wash, however I didn’t find the mat soft enough. My baby doesn’t like laying down, without extra padding. The straps that hold toys are short and I would say not super durable
