Wow!!! Such detail and attention was spent on this house, that I want to shrink myself to 1/12 and move in. I've built a few prefabbed kits in my life and there is always adjustment of parts to get them to fit correctly, but with this kit there was no adjustment necessary. The instructions are fantastic and provide you with tips along the way. Suggestions for the builder that I have:1) The Stucco kit from Real Good Toys is well worth the cost.2) Pre-paint ahead of time. a) the instructions say to stain the floor, but I did not find it necessary. The floor is sealed and I liked the lighter color, so staining is only necessary if you want a darker finish.3) The Tacky Glue that is suggested in the manual is also a good glue that dries clear.4) If this is for a kid (mine was for my niece), the unit will be more playable if you do not purchase a stair banister. I bought one separate and decided not to add it to the build.5) Also on the playability side of things, I did not install the window mullions. Having the open window pain make the view to the inside of the house uninterrupted.6) Depending on how much detail you want to put into your design, you need 2-3 weeks for completion. All the roof shingles are individual and it will take 8-10 hours to install them all if you want it to be perfect.The one item I would want changed to this is a small upstairs window on both sides of the house. Get this house, you will not be disappointed.
