Figure stands approximately 6 Inches tall
I have mixed feelings about this figure. I have it here in front of me, opened, as I enjoy posing them on my bookshelves. First of all, the detail is quite remarkable with excellent colors, and the figure really does look like Ezio. But, several problems cost this fig a couple stars. First, the weapons are flimsy and tiny, not at all scale. If the sword were scale, then it would only be about 18-24" long (including hilt), contrasted with other figures, like Arno, who has a full size sword. It isn't just a matter of 1H vs 2H, either. It's just too small. The nice thing about the dagger and sword, though, is they actually fit into the sheathes--very cool, except when I went to insert the sword the first time, the hilt bent and I was afraid it would snap off, so I just carefully bent it back. Too flimsy and tiny.Second, it's really impossible to pose the figure in any pose other than standing as shown in the product photo, with legs apart. I don't know what the point is of giving the knees, hips, and feet articulation since you can't pose it in any other way and expect it to stand upright. What's the point--just to say that yes, it's articulated? The robe is too restrictive. It's pliable plastic but too firm to allow posing. The hood comes off. I found out the hard way when it fell off while I was trying to pose Ezio. Now it will not stay on properly unless you set it and not touch the figure. It falls right off if you move him so I will just have to glue it, I guess. It is kind of nice to have it removable since you can see the detail put into Ezio's head but I would rather just have it stay affixed instead of falling off.The extra hands are nice. I set mine up with the dual switchblades and like that look better than holding the sword and dagger, since Ezio never does that in the game. Overall, I can't complain too much because for $12.99, it's good value for the money and a nice addition to my collection. But this is not one of the better McFarlane figures.
